Hair Length/Style: Straight, extends to just above where her neck meets her shoulders. There are two thin braids on either side of her face, tied at the end with thin white ribbons. These braids are several inches longer than the rest of her hair.

Weight: 100 lbs.
Typical Clothing: Instead of the traditional long black robes, she wears a sleeveless black kimono over a white, long sleeves, close-fitting tunic. Her robes are short enough to expose most of her legs. It is tied closed at the waits with a white obi. The sheath of her Zanpakuto is strung with white ribbon and tied around her waist as well. The blades rest horizontally at the small of her back.

Personal Status

Personality: She is a very determined individual. Though she seems very standoffish, she does enjoy the company of others and she has a sense of humor. She is very loyal, wise, and mature.
Flaws: She will face an opponent much stronger than her if her superiors wish it. She will continue to fight until she can no longer stand. Because of this, she has been seriously injured on more than one occasion and she has become anemic. Her blood count is slightly more than half of what it should be. She lets none of this stop her.
Likes: The human world, night time
Dislikes: Yelling, loud noises, big crowds
Goals/Ambitions: Not many beyond being seated.
Strengths: She follows the orders of her superiors without question and she does not mind being sent out on her own.
Weaknesses: She does not care much for her own safety in a battles and tries to protect those around her. She is also not much of a leader, despite her independent nature.

Zanpakuto

Seal Form: Instead of the typical katana, Akemi's Zanpakuto takes the form of two short blades that share a sheath. The identical blades each have a round cross guards and a dark blue handle.
Shikai: Kamishiro
Spirit Description: Kamishiro is a large white pheonix. He is a wise, gentle creature that takes life and death very serivously. Akemi is strong and intelligent but she lacks confidence, which Kamishiro gives.
Inner World: A vast lake at the center of a thick, dark forest indefinitely under a starlit, midnight sky. The place is lighted by the brightly glowing red moon. The surface of the lake is solid to the touch. It can be crossed as if it were solid ground. It does, however, visibly ripple beneath one's feet.
Type: Fire
Call out Phrase: Purify the Corrupt
Shikai Appearance: The blades of her zanpakuto spilt in half. They become two twin-bladed swords, slightly longer than their sealed state. The two blades of each sword are connected by a line of white flames.
Shikai Abilities: She is able to manipulate the flames that appear within the blades. She can also slightly manipulate the temperature and brightness of her surroundings if she wishes. Her body temperature changes to about 107.5 degrees. Her speed, strength, and endurance all increase tremendously.
Bankai: Not yet achieved.
